With full commitment to integrate our Office’s main functions—International student service, media relations, community relations, visitor services (Taoyuan campus)—we are dedicated to promoting good rapport among students, faculty, alumni, parents, and communities and carrying out every well-designed effort to bring a win-win for both the University and its constituencies. Furthermore, we provide every international student with professional help to better utilize their time, energy, and potential to study, to learn, and to grow on healthy and informative campuses.

Consulting – help students mentally, physically and academically get quick and clear knowledge about the University.

Discipline – work with Student Affairs Section to communicate with students about all relevant laws and school regulations. Through inspiration and motivation, help students get on the right path to successful personal development.

Residence Visa Application –  provide students with information on their status of residing in Taiwan, mainly guiding them in applying for Resident visas. Assistance for visa application is also arranged.

National Health Insurance(NHI) Application –  articulate National Health Insurance Program and assist international students holding Alien Resident Certificates for more than 6 months to join the program. As required, help student find timely medical treatment.

Public Relations (Taoyuan Campus) – Internally, acting as liaison between the University and faculty, collecting and disseminating relevant information. Externally, acting as a window to the public, providing press releases to media, arranging campuses tours for visitors, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with the community.
